- Provide accurate and complete information
- Operate a legitimate, legal business
4. Application Process
When submitting an application, you represent all information is accurate, authorize verification and credit checks, and understand submission does not guarantee approval.
5. SMS Terms & Conditions
Text Message Communications: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Ahava Consulting LLC, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Voluntary Opt-In
Consent to receive text messages is NOT required as a condition of purchase or to receive services from Ahava Consulting LLC. You may choose not to opt in and still receive all funding services.

Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to us.

All website content is property of Ahava Consulting LLC, protected by copyright and trademark laws.
11. Prohibited Activities
- Providing false information
- Using services for illegal purposes
- Attempting unauthorized system access
- Interfering with website operations
- Impersonating another person or entity
12. Termination
We may terminate access at any time for violations of these terms, harmful conduct, or fraud.
